| | | | | In S.T.A.T our goal is to make everyone welcome and to keep things fair for all
members. Below is the description of the different types of status you may find throughout your stay in S.T.A.T.
- RETIRED: This Status condition is reserved for those officers that have EARNED the
'retired' Status, as they can no longer afford the time to be an active member. This type of
Status is reserved exclusively for players that have contributed greatly to S.T.A.T and SeaWolves
over a long period of time, entry into this type of status can only be approved by the Commanding General (CG).
Very few players are eligible for this type of status as it is based
solely on what a person has given back to S.T.A.T and/or SeaWolves, and the reason they can no
longer be an active member.
- INACTIVE: If we have not heard from you within 30 days of your last known filed mission
report. Your C.O. will contact via Email to determine whether or not you need to be put on L.O.A / E.L.O.A.
If after 1 week of still no contact then S.T.A.T reserves the right to place you on Inactive Duty which
by this time you have 1 week to file a mission report. If the C.O.C has still not heard from you then
your personal Record will be removed and you will no longer be considered a member of S.T.A.T.
- HONORABLE DISCHARGE: This status condition is given to those members who for any reason do
not feel they will be able to continue to play for S.T.A.T and/or SeaWolves. A letter of resignation
must be sent to your C.O. explaining the reason for resignation. Once approved you will be notified via
email and your personnel records kept for 90 days. If after 90 days you do not decide to return we
will remove your records from our database.
- DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE: This status condition is given to those members of S.T.A.T and/or
SeaWolves who have been inactive and not responded to back to your CoC by email. Furthermore
this status condition is reserved for those members who have done wrong to any member of SeaWolves
and found guilty by the Division CoC If you receive this status condition for any reason your records are removed
from the database and you are not be able to return to S.T.A.T for no less than 6 months unless otherwise
noted by the C.O.C and/or J.A.G.

| | Leave of Absence/Extended Leave of Absence | | | | | IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL SEAWOLVES MEMBERS TO FILE A MINIMUM OF ONE MISSION
REPORT WITHIN A 30 DAY TIME FRAME. We Prefer that you play and report one mission a week,
We are here for ONE reason and that is to have fun playing the
games we like to play. With that said, we have to keep in mind that we are a gaming group, and as
such, one of the few requirements is to PLAY.
Since Real Life MUST always come first, there will be times when a player CAN NOT play for a
duration of time. We understand this and all we ask is that the player let us know. This is the
only way we know the difference between the ones that are not able to play from the ones that have
just vanished. It is only common courtesy that you let us know if you are not able to make the
minimum requirement of one game per 30 days so that we are able to take the necessary actions to
make sure that you remain as a member of S.T.A.T until such time when you are able to continue playing
again.
There are only a few requirements for leave, which each member will accept by requesting leave. ALL
leave requests MUST have a reason AND an estimated date of return. If the reason is considered
'personal or private' then you must specify so to the Brigade Commander and it will remain personal
or private for the duration of your leave. If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding this
section of the ROE do not hesitate to ask the C.O.C.
| | | | | The SeaWolves Tactical Assault Team is split up into companies. They are
separate entities within S.T.A.T that allow us to have company vs. company engagements within S.T.A.T.
Each company has a Company Commander (C.O.) and an Executive Officer (X.O.).
The Commander’s job is to make sure his/her 'company' remains active and to notify the company
members of any upcoming events in S.T.A.T and SeaWolves. The X.O. acts in support of the C.O. and aids in
training issues of members and any other assignment the C.O. has for them. The X.O. is also training to
become a C.O.
Each command has the ability to grant certain Awards without prior approval of the Brigade and/or
Division Commander. Make sure you wear the proper uniform at all times. That includes your rank and
assignment designator in your Xfire nickname and during game play. Update it if you are transferred.
| | | | | Your first assignment is to the Training Academy which requires you to fulfill
a number of requirements that will be outlined by the C.T.O (Chief Training Officer), D.C.T.O (Deputy
Chief Training Officer) and the supporting T.O. (Training Officer). These requirements ensure that
you have read and understand the R.O.E., and that you are able to connect online for the game(s) you
play. Once you have completed your training to the satisfaction of the C.T.O., you will then be
graduated and ready to be assigned to a company, promoted to P.V.2, and awarded the National Defense
Service Medal. Note you do not have to decide on only one sim, as players are free to play as many
as we support here in S.T.A.T.
All Sign up Forms are processed by our C.T.O. Should you have any questions upon entering S.T.A.T, please
be sure to direct them to your T.O. Our Chain of Command (CoC) is there for a reason and we ask that you use it properly.
