I would just like to note that I'm looking for someone to fill the DCTO position for me. For the DCTO position, the minimum requirements are that you must be at least PO3 and must have completed War College, also you must have been a TDO/TO and have trained recruits properly in the past. If you have these requirements and you are interested, please contact me. I'm also looking for a QSCO (Qualification School Communications Officer) for the Training Deparment. Anyone wishing to be a CTG (Chief Training Group) let me know as well. I'm trying to get positions filled to make it work smoother and get more recruits in and out of training and into a squad ASAP. If any of you are interested in filling any of these positions, please contact me and I'll be more than willing to get you trained and prepared for the position that you have requested for. Also, I'd like people that apply for these jobs to be as active as possible. I need all the help I can get in the training department. I need a DCTO to be my right-hand man to help me out as well as more Training Group Commanders.
